Daily Lockscreen Chinese grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on any Apple device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which apply to this app. Where these Terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA controls for matters it addresses.
Daily Lockscreen Chinese displays Chinese vocabulary for educational purposes. The app and its bundled dictionary are provided for general study and reference. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantee that every translation, pinyin transcription, or HSK classification is free of errors.
The app offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, "Daily Chinese Pro", which unlocks all HSK levels, traditional characters, custom decks, and themes.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled solely by Apple in accordance with the App Store's policies. We are unable to issue refunds directly.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or extract the app's bundled data except as permitted by applicable law and the upstream data license referenced in the app's documentation.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You use the app at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Lockscreen Chinese and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
